Matthew A. Rosen, J.D.

Matthew previously served as founding Deputy Director of Mayor Bloomberg’s Financial Crime Task Force, where he designed technology solutions that used City data to assist law enforcement and the public in monitoring fraud. He began his career in this field at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office under Robert Morgenthau as a member of a specialized bureau where he launched major anti-money laundering and banking and securities fraud investigations.
Matthew was appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York for his role in leading the investigation into massive trading losses at an international bank. Matthew has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Jeffrey Thibeault

Jeffrey is a research engineer and entrepreneur with over 15 years experience building companies and teams that are capable of developing innovative solutions, numerical algorithms, and artificial intelligence methods. His passion for bringing life to emerging businesses is surpassed only by his need to create useful and inspired solutions to technology problems that bring users closer to the information that they desire.
Most recently, Jeffrey led the engineering group at i>clicker as the company embraces a digital transformation, introducing highly-scalable, cutting-edge mobile technology solutions to augment it’s industry-leading hardware devices, which are used by over 2 million higher education users each year. Previously, Jeffrey was a Co-founder at the venture-backed IGA Worldwide, where he was responsible for designing and managing a large-scale, award-winning, video game advertising network, as well as a principal engineer at Axiom8, which produced a first-of-its-kind enterprise collaboration suite. He also has a number of issued U.S. patents for systems and algorithms in the artificial intelligence and data processing fields.
Jeffrey holds a BSE in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Connecticut with concentrations in Artificial Intelligence and Sociology.
Ken Ross

Ken Ross is an Advisor, Board Member, CEO Coach, and angel investor for a variety of early to mid-stage information technology firms with an emphasis on B2B and enterprise software. Some of these include mscripts, Adaptive Insights, Electric Cloud, and Reciprocity. Ken was the founder and CEO of Seriosity, Extricity, Pillar, Documentum, and Ross Systems. Ken was also a General Partner at RRE Ventures, where he headed the firm’s Silicon Valley office. Ken received his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Stanford University.
Arthur Goldberg, Ph.D.

Dr. Goldberg holds a faculty position at a leading New York medical research center and an appointment as a visiting Academic Professor of Computer Science at New York University. Previously he co-founded and served as CEO of ChoiceMaker Technologies, Inc. where he developed database and record matching software. He began his career as a research scientist at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center. He has co-authored dozens of papers and one book, covering research on approximate record matching, machine learning, and secure web performance.
Arthur holds an undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard College and a doctorate degree in computer science from UCLA.
